Cancellation & Refund Policy

We at ShoppingMonk.in, always endeavor to bring the best quality products and take great care of customer’s tastes and choices. Therefore, we accept cancellations if you do not like the item you have ordered. To know more kindly read our Cancellation and Refund policy carefully as under:-

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations will be taken into account or considered only if the request is made within 8 hours of placing an order. However, ShoppingMonk.in is unable to cancel if the orders have been communicated to the merchants/vendors and they have set off the process of shipping them.
  • There is no cancellation of requests and orders placed under the ‘Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are considered for those products that ShoppingMonk.in has sold on discounted rates or offer rates.
  • We do not accept cancellation orders or requests for perishable items like eatables, chocolates, gift hampers, etc.

Problems with an Order:

At ShoppingMonk.in, we make every attempt to make sure you get excellent service. If at any time, you encounter problems with an order. Please inform us and let us know in case if you see that the product received is not as depicted on the website as per your expectation. You must bring it to our customer service’s notice within 24 hours of getting the product.

Refund Policy:

  • If for some unexpected reason, your product appears damaged in any way, please contact our customer service at info@shoppingmonk.in immediately. Please do include all important details on your order together with a photograph, order number & your contact details. Requests regarding refunds should be made within 1 day of delivery or shipment date. Refunds can occasionally take up to 31 days to take effect.
  • In case of non-delivery of Courier products as well refunds will be done except in cases of adverse climatic conditions, any sort of area blockage, and other such conditions.
  • A refund shall be made if the order was not delivered to the recipient (This does not include the case for an unfounded recipient).
  • Rearrangement / Refund of an order delivered will be only done in the case of the broken product received, different product received (other than what has been ordered), partial delivery of products have been received, etc.
  • Refund/Rearrangement is only given to any customer when the ordered product has been received by the company’s end.
  • In cancellation cases of unfortunate events, calamities, or unavoidable circumstances, Refunds can be initiated only at the discretion of the company.
  • Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm the availability of the recipient while processing the order. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the second attempt will not be made and the order will be canceled. No refund will be made in such a case.
  • Requests regarding refund or rearrangement should be made within 24 hours of delivery or shipment date. Return/Reshipment can occasionally take up to 1 – 15 days to take effect.
